The long, gentle autumn wind, slightly alkaline soil, produces complex soft Cabernet Sauvignon unlike other regions of Chile. Winemaking methods: Carefully selected by hand, lightly stem pressed, fermented in stainless steel barrels for 7 to 10 days, during which the grape juice is injected 3 times a day, after alcoholic fermentation, before pressing, the grape residue is soaked and fermented for 7 to 14 days, then aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months (35% new oak barrels) Alcohol: 14.5° Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for 7 years
